CU Connect allows you to use your credit union's services by phone any time - day or night, seven days a week. CU Connect is always FREE, and all you need is a touch-tone phone to use it. By enrolling to use CU Connect you may also take advantage of Internet Banking. Use your CU Connect access code for your initial use of Internet Banking from your home or office computer. You may conduct many of the same transactions through Internet Banking as you can through CU Connect.
Begin by calling 951-684-8390, or if you are calling from outside the 951 area code, call 1-800-424-2055 using a touch-tone phone. A voice will prompt you for all the necessary information. Remember to follow each entry with the pound (#) sign.
- Enter your member number followed by the # sign.
- Enter your access code followed by the # sign. You access code is the personal identification number selected by you.
- Enter the service code for the transaction you wish to perform followed by the # sign. (See the complete list of service codes available on the back of this brochure.)
- Enter the appropriate account number (when requested) followed by the # sign. (For savings, checking, or loan account numbers, see your statement.)
- Enter the dollar amount of your transaction (when requested) followed by the #sign. Do not enter a decimal point (e.g., enter thirty dollars as 3000).
- A voice will ask you to confirm the correct amount by pressing the # sign.
- You may continue the session by entering another service code or end the session by entering 99 followed by the # sign or by simply hanging up the phone.
CU Connect has a number of security features to ensure that your accounts are safe and secure. Your member number and access code must both be used to access your accounts. Please note that your ATM Personal Identification Number (PIN) is a separate and unrelated PIN and does not affect your CU Connect access code.
- The pound (#) sign acts as an "enter key." Use it after every entry!
- Enter 3000 for $30.00. No decimal point is necessary.
- Enter *# to cancel the current transaction.
- Enter 0# for a guided menu.
- Enter * in response to any menu prompt to return to the previous menu.
- Member enrollment is required to use CU Connect.
Limitations: There are no limitations on the number of inquiries you may make. See your Electronic Disclosure Statement and Agreement for the regulatory limits on the number of monthly transfers you are allowed. Generally, you are allowed three transfers from savings per month.
Loan Transactions: You may be due for a line of credit update if the computer responds "account access is restricted, transaction canceled."
VISA: To access your VISA account, enter the three digit VISA loan number from your VISA statement (e.g., 141, 160, 161 or 162). Do not enter your VISA card number.
Check Withdrawals: You may request a check withdrawal to be picked up or have it sent to you. The check will always be made payable to the primary member listed on the account and will be mailed to the primary member's address on file at the credit union.
Miscellaneous: CU Connect may not be available at times due to computer down time or because all phone lines are busy. If this happens, please call again later. If you experience problems or need assistance, call 951-680-1998 between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday or between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
